About the event
LADYFEST MV is an annual music festival held in Oak Bluffs, MA on the island of Martha’s Vineyard. It was co-founded by Kelly Feirtag and Rose Guerin in 2017, with special assistance by The Ritz Cafe owner, Larkin Stallings. LADYFEST MV raises awareness and funds for CONNECT TO END VIOLENCE, a dual domestic violence program and rape crisis center on Martha’s Vineyard.
The event features artists from many genres including rock, soul, electronic, pop, blues and hip hop. It also includes artisans, food, community, and education.
Today, LADYFEST MV is much more than a music festival. It’s a chance for the island community to come together - raising awareness and funds for a vital and life-saving program. It’s also an opportunity for local businesses, artisans, and musicians to make additional funds after the busy season, once tourists have left and the island becomes quiet.
